This will make a beautiful show on a green or red platter or a clear one with red/green decorations. Makes a lovely centerpiece. Has to be a little browner than picture so moved time from 25 to 30 in oven. Just follow the additional pictures.

I made this for my family..they really liked it. I added fresh mushrooms it was really tastey. I however did not see anywhere on here, what temperature it should be baked at. I think maybe next time I might steam the veggies a bit before I add them. Just because we don't care for really crunchy veggies. Thanks for the new dish...eating the same old stuff gets boring!
