Over And Over Again Love This For Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 stick unsalted butter

3 teaspoons cinnamon

6 cups crushed corn flakes

NOTE: can make half of recipe, can omit the cinnamon, I have made it many times both ways

Directions

Melt butter over medium heat

Blend in sugar and cinnamon

Stir in crushed corn flakes until well coated

Spread on cookie sheet to cool (I have used it warm)

Top ice cream with this

Final topping can be strawberries, toasted pecans, almonds, or your choice of toppings

My favorite way is to top the ice cream with this only, and lots of it!
