How to make it

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the ricotta, neufchatel, sugar, orange juice, Grand Marnier and orange zest.
  • Blend, scraping down the sides, until smooth.
  • Place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
  • Fill you favorite Parfait glasses and berries, cubed cake or other delightful things....Phyllo cups... Tarts...
