How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Mix all ingredients (except cheese).
  • Shape into a rectangle 10x12 inches.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Roll it up like a jelly roll and seal ends.
  • Bake in a shallow dish 1 hour.
  • Ketchup can be spread on top of loaf for the last 15 minutes of cooking.

    Ketchup is must! The first time I made this we didn't have any, and it was very dry. Even just adding ketchup to dip in (let alone "glaze") made all the difference in the world.
