Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Mix all ingredients (except cheese).
- Shape into a rectangle 10x12 inches.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll it up like a jelly roll and seal ends.
- Bake in a shallow dish 1 hour.
- Ketchup can be spread on top of loaf for the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Ketchup is must! The first time I made this we didn't have any, and it was very dry. Even just adding ketchup to dip in (let alone "glaze") made all the difference in the world.
