    Saved and sounds wonderful! Can't wait to try. Love Greek and passionate for garlic! Great post.
    Visited Tarpon Springs a couple of times and found it very pleasant. Loved some of the greek food there. The visit there inspired me to make the flaming cheese at home. I know it's a showy kind of thing but still tasty. Do you have your own version of that dish?

    Mmmm Skordalia is perhaps my favorite dish! If I recall when I ate it in Greece it had a potato/onion base. Have you ever heard anything like that?
