How to make it

  • Lightly grease two 9x13 metal baking pans with butter or shortening
  • Prepare crust according to package directions - obtain water/oil amounts from package
  • Preheat oven according to package
  • With buttered fingers, spread each crust in a greased 9x13 metal pan
  • Bake about 5 minutes and remove
  • Spread desired amount of sauce on each crust
  • In large pan, begin browning beef
  • Add Keilbasa, onion, garlic, seasonings, mushrooms, red & yellow peppers
  • Cook until all pink has disappeared from meat and veggies have softened
  • Drain in paper towel-lined colander if needed
  • Add half meat mixture to each pizza
  • Add half of the banana peppers, half ripe olives and half green olives to each pizza
  • Top each pizza with half of each of the 3 cheeses
  • Bake the rest of the time specified on package. Usually 15-20 minutes.
  • Lift one corner up to see that crust is light, golden brown.
  • Allow to cool 5-8 minutes
  • Each pan makes 8-12 squares of pizza (cut once down the middle longways, then across 4-6 times).
