These are great for a summer cookout. They are mostly cooked during simmering so not a lot of time has to be spent grilling. Just enough to give them the grilled taste (5-10 minutes).

- 12 oz beer
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T prepared mustard
- 1 t chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 brats

Ingredients

How to make it

Combine all ingredients except brats in large saucepan.
Add brats, bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove brats and grill until browned.
