These are great for a summer cookout. They are mostly cooked during simmering so not a lot of time has to be spent grilling. Just enough to give them the grilled taste (5-10 minutes).

Ingredients
- 12 oz beer
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T prepared mustard
- 1 t chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 brats
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except brats in large saucepan.
- Add brats, bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove brats and grill until browned.
