Ingredients

How to make it

  • Drain excess moisture from grated potatoes and onion.
  • Add eggs, salt and meal/crackers to the potatoes and onion to make batter.
  • Fry (about the size of 3 in. pancake) in hot oil until brown.
  • Keep warm in oven.
  • Serve with Sour Cream and Applesauce.

    my mother used to make these, it's about the only thing she could cook lol

    my brother used to do most of the cooking for us thank goodness.

    Never had them done quite this way, but have had the german potatoe pancakes which are fairly similar. Sounds good :)
