An easy recipe for molasses sauce. Not very many people know what molasses can be used for but is a byproduct of sugar and very versatile

Try it as a dip with pork rinds or cracklins or corn bread or biscuits, or your favorite shredded pork recipe. Or add a little bourbon (hey Jack Daniels comes to mind, errr anyway...) and use as a glaze for chicken, or a city ham while baking, add a little balsamic vinegar and use as a glaze for cold ham, or add grated orange zest, or lemon zest and drizzle on chicken in a cold salad, just to name a few I've done. Molasses is so good it is a whole new adventure in flavor and texture.
