I just bought some very ripe bananas from the store specifically to make banana bread with chocolate chips. So, I'm going to try out this recipe!

Just made this last night. Great - and even better today now that the flavors had time to meld together overnight. It's so simple - you could make this during a weeknight - just whip up when you get home, and ready after you eat dinner. I used 3 large very ripe bananas. One word of caution - I used a heaping cup of choc chips (a bit more for the chocoholic in me), but I think it steals a bit from the banana flavor, so I'll make sure to only add one cup exactly next time. LOL
