EASY Travelin PINEAPPLE PECAN CAKE

- cake shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 20 oz. can undrained crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 1 stick unsalted butter shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- CAKE
- Mix all ingredients together by hand
- Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan or pyrex dish
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes
- Cool
- TOPPING
- In large mixer bowl, beat butter and cream cheese
- Add 2 cups powdered sugar
- Beat until creamy
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Spread on cooled cake
- Refrigerate
