Fluffernutter Frosting

Okay foodies. I have never made this. I like things different and this is that recipe. I usually only use my buttercream frosting. But I do love marshmallow. I am not a peanut butter fan...unless it is creamy in my recipes and on my sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 cup marshmallow cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl, beat the fluff, peanut butter and butter at low speed till combined.
- Increase the speed until blended.
- Increase the speed to medium and add the sugar and salt, alternately with the milk.adding just enough milk to make frosting smooth and spreadable.
- Beat in vanilla.
- Makes enough frosting to frost 2 9" cakes or a 13x9 pan
