I just drink a coffee shake drink that they have at the local coffee place here called a Sandman. That will flush me out in no time! It's yummy though, coffee, ice cream and chocolate. Works better than any laxative on the market!!!!(TMI???)

Pattcake, I agree once you have had organic strawberries , you would never want to buy regular ones again, they are soo much tastier, You can always buy frozen organic strawberries to, they tend to be a bit cheaper and great for smoothies.
Wonderful post, love it, Melsa, there is also Rice milk, Almond Milk, Hazelnut Milk to pick from.. my favorite is Almond milk. Regular is actually better than Almond vanilla. Chocolate is better then them all :)
