Ingredients
  • 7 oz Mt. Vikos Sheep & Goat's Milk Feta
  • 1 tsp Dried Greek oregano
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, fresh ground

Directions
  1. Place one slice of Mt. Vikos Sheep & Goat's Milk Feta cheese in a small baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with the oregano and freshly ground black pepper, then drizzle with the olive oil.
  3. Bake in 375 oven for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with crusty bread.

I love it when such simple ingredients come together to make something so good.


Great recipe! I was looking for a way to get rid of the awful tofu-like feta I'd bought, and given how simple this recipe is, I decided to give it a try. Even with my substandard cheese, the flavors were excellent. Next time I will try adding some canned diced tomatoes, to cut the richness of the dish.


I love feta and am a big fan of spanakopita.I make it every christmas.This recipe I will be making for my ladys day with toast points.Thanks
