How to make it

  • Place one slice of Mt. Vikos Sheep & Goat's Milk Feta cheese in a small baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with the oregano and freshly ground black pepper, then drizzle with the olive oil.
  • Bake in 375 oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with crusty bread.

    Great recipe! I was looking for a way to get rid of the awful tofu-like feta I'd bought, and given how simple this recipe is, I decided to give it a try. Even with my substandard cheese, the flavors were excellent. Next time I will try adding some canned diced tomatoes, to cut the richness of the dish.
