I have some Wusthof.. love them. I also bought a cutco, it is about the same as the Wusthof.. Now I just need to invest in a really good sharpner.. I don't have the patience to do all the honeing. Looking at an electric at Cooks.com, it does it in 3 steps, and tells you that this product sharpens more than people are use to, so be careful..
