I recently bought the Wusthof 6" Sandwich knife model 4114 from Cutlery and More. My Wusthof 8" bread knife used to be my favorite all around knife but this 6" sandwich knife is now my favorite. I took the plunge a couple of months ago and bought a set of wusthof's. The sandwich knife is the heat.... but you should see what there tomato knife can do.... hold me back....lol

I have some Wusthof.. love them. I also bought a cutco, it is about the same as the Wusthof.. Now I just need to invest in a really good sharpner.. I don't have the patience to do all the honeing. Looking at an electric at Cooks.com, it does it in 3 steps, and tells you that this product sharpens more than people are use to, so be careful..

I love good knives...makes working in the kitchen an absolute pleasure!! Just look at the thinly sliced tomatoes!! Great stuff!!
