How to make it

  • Bring water, butter, seasonings, to boil.
  • Add flour, stir until smooth ball stage.
  • remove from heat.
  • Add to mixing bowl-beat in eggs one at a time until ball is smooth and shiny.
  • Stir in cheese and mustard
  • drop by teaspoonful onto greased sheets.
  • sprinkle with parmesean cheese
  • bake 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes
