How to make it

  • Brown ground beef, sausage, onion and peppers in a skillet and drain, then put in a large pot
  • Cut up cabbage and add to pot with meat
  • Add cheddar cheese soup, Rotel, tomatoes, and fill with water to cover cabbage
  • Cook on medium heat for one hour or until the desired tenderness
  • You can change the amounts of ingredients to your tast. My wife uses 2 cans of hot Rotel and 2 cans cheddar cheese soup.

    Looks good! I think I'll sub ground chicken breast for the other meats and cream of chicken or mushroom (low-fat versions) for the cheese soup...it is just what I have in the pantry. Thanks for the great idea!
