Ok kids, deli ham, shaved ham, which is sliced really thin...

Great sandwich, Organicmama! On the East Coast, I grew up knowing them as grinders, here in the South, they're subs. For a change of taste, I also like to replace the mayo by drizzling on some extra virgin olive oil. :-)

I think I can manage this one - sounds like a good quick dinner idea, with a nice bowl of soup!

Question.... How in the heck do I fluff the Ham?
Bwahahahahaha...
We have to use Golden Corral rolls for a decent sub here.. there are no places to buy good sub rolls.

Ah, now that the kid is working at the pizzaria, where they make their wonderful sub rolls, this would be a terrific sandwich for the hubby on Football frenzy days. You know, the ones where his eyes never leave the tv screen for 8 hours straight. Wave this sub under his nose and I might get his attention.
