How to make it

  • in a large resealable plastic bag,put everythingin and press out any air and seal.turn bag over several times to coat chops well.refrigerate 8 hrs. or over night.
  • drain and discard marinade.grill lamb,uncovered,over medium heat or broil 4-6 inches from heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat is done to your desired doneness.( themometer should read
  • 170 degrees F )
  • this marinade goes just as well on pork chops.
