Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh mint
  • 1 tsp. fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 1 clove garlic-minced
  • 4 1" thick bone in lamb chops

Directions
  1. in a large resealable plastic bag,put everythingin and press out any air and seal.turn bag over several times to coat chops well.refrigerate 8 hrs. or over night.
  2. drain and discard marinade.grill lamb,uncovered,over medium heat or broil 4-6 inches from heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat is done to your desired doneness.( themometer should read
  3. 170 degrees F )
  4. this marinade goes just as well on pork chops.
