Herbed Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh mint
- 1 tsp. fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic-minced
- 4 1" thick bone in lamb chops
Directions
- in a large resealable plastic bag,put everythingin and press out any air and seal.turn bag over several times to coat chops well.refrigerate 8 hrs. or over night.
- drain and discard marinade.grill lamb,uncovered,over medium heat or broil 4-6 inches from heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat is done to your desired doneness.( themometer should read
- 170 degrees F )
- this marinade goes just as well on pork chops.
