  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until light brown. Place shrimp in the pan, and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in tequila, and season with cilantro, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes

    I made these shrimp for dinner last night and they were wonderful! I added a bit of fresh squeezed lime juice and some crushed red pepper flakes. We ate them warm but I am really looking forward to the chilled leftovers today. What a delicious summery dish. Thanks for sharing!

    Tried this yesterday evening and it was an instant hit with the family. I added some lime juice rather than cocktail sauce and used olive oil in place of butter to keep the fat content down. Great recipe!
