Ingredients

11/2 lbs. sausage(I use hot and garlic and cheese,cut in 1/2" pieces

4-6 Italian peppers,sliced or chunked

2 onions in half moon slices

2 potatoes,cubed

1/4 c. water

salt and pepper

Directions

Put all in a 9x13" baking pan and bake at 350 for about an hour. Stir ocassionally.
