I found TVP at my local Bulk Barn, I know Bob's Red Mill has a brand and I'm sure Whole Foods would have it, usually it's in with the flax sees and stuff like that. As far as sodium goes, it's 361.6 mg per serving. Hope that helps!

I love sloppy joes, want to try these, but......where in the heck can I get "TVP"? I guess most whole food grocery stores or maybe trader joes?
Are they pretty high in sodium?

Sorry, TVP is dry textured vegetable protein or soy crumbles... more info here: http://yummysmells.blogspot.com/2007/11/vegan-comfort-food-messy-janes.html
