Paddington Puffs

- puff pastry shopping list
- 8 oz ham shopping list
- 4 oz bacon/chicken shopping list
- 2 oz mushrooms shopping list
- 1 oz white bread shopping list
- 2 sprigs parsley shopping list
- 1 small sliced onion shopping list
- 11/2 oz margarine shopping list
- 1 Tbsp ketchup shopping list
- seasoning shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Finely mince the ham and the bacon/chicken, bread, parsley, mushrooms and onion.
- Stir fry for 5 minutes in the butter and add ketchup and season. You can make this spicy or not depending on your guests.
- Cut pastry to a 12" square and cut this into 16 squares.
- Put a dessertspoon of the filling into centre of 8 squares.
- Use remaining 8 squares to cover and seal edges.
- Fry in hot oil until golden. Serve immediately.
