How to make it

  • Chop all vegetables into 1/4" diced cubes. Cook tubetti al dente drain, set aside. Boil the water. Add all ingredients, except tubetti to the boiling water. Return to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 2 hours. Add tubetti. Enjoy with a good crusty Italian bread.
