Zucchini Casserole Recipe

Family favorite. Nice combo of zucchini and cheese. Soy and butter add to the flavor

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini,unpeeled,cut into round discs
- 1 onion,chopped
- 3/4c.grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2T. soy sauce
- butter
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Put a layer of zucchini in baking dish. Dab with butter and sprinkle with salt,pepper and some of the onions
- Repeat layers until zucchini and onion are used up.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and spoon soy sauce over all.
- Bake 40-45 mins.
- Note: I do this dish in a pie plate
