Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil in a small saucepan and add chopped onion.
  • Pour the white wine and cook it until reduced half.
  • Add gorgonzola and mascarpone cook it about 3 minutes, add salt and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce on the cooked pappardelle and sprinkle chopped walnut on it.

    Simple enough a monkey could do it. (not that I have a monkey)

    It's great to have 'quick' recipes ready like this when those days arrive where you have NO time but still want to eat well (and homemade).

    This pasta dish with gorgonzola and mascarpone cheese sounds wonderful and definitely easy to put together, along with being a must try. . .thank you for sharing this recipe with us =D
