Italian Chicken With Artichoke Hearts and Linguine

- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breats, cut into pieces shopping list
- 1/4 white onion, diced shopping list
- seasoned salt garlic pepper shopping list
- italian seasoning shopping list
- one package onion soup mix shopping list
- 1/2 c. white wine shopping list
- 1 - 15 oz can tomato sacue shopping list
- 1 - 8 oz can mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1 - 4 oz can ripe olives, drained shopping list
- 1 - 12 - oz jar artichoke hearts, drained shopping list
- 1 - 8 oz bottle Creamy Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 - 8 oz package linguine shopping list
- Grated Parmesan shopping list
- EVOO shopping list
- margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Drizzle large electric skillet (or stovetop) with EVOO, add pad of margarine
- Saute together chicken and onion
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, onion soup mix, and italian seasoning while cooking
- Deglaze with wine
- Add mushrooms, olives, and arthichoke hearts
- Stir together and bring to simmer
- Mix together tomato sauce and italian dressing
- Add to pot
- Continue to simmer together while linguine cooks
- Boil linguine with EVOO and margarine according to package directions, in water that has been well salted
- Drain and rinse
- Serve with pasta
- Top with Parmesan Cheese
