How to make it

  • PLACE oil, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce in food processor; cover. Process 30 sec. or until garlic is pureed and mixture is well blended. Or just put the minced garlic in the dip when finished for a few crunchy bits of flavor.
  • ADD cheeses; cover. Process until well blended. Transfer to bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
  • REFRIGERATE several hours. Serve with the crackers.
