Do-ahead kind of recipe that is so olivy and creamy or can be refrigerated for 2 days. I love olives and this is super.

This sounds GREAT...What kind of hot sauce? Like just regular old Louisiana or Tabasco or what?

I think my Greek friends will like this as a change of pace from the regular dips and spreads. thank you for a great post

This is more of a question than a suggestion.... don't you want to crush/mince the garlic? Thant way you do not have to run the processor so long and you can keep a sort of a "chunkiness" to the dip? Or is it supposed to be completely blended?

Sounds simply delicious! Thanks.
