Chinese Basil Omelet Recipe

How to make it

  • In a non stick skillet stir fry basil with oil until soft
  • mix egg with the rest of the ingridients
  • pour egg mixture into the skillet
  • when the egg mixture is set
  • flip it over to cook the other side
  • ready to serve

    This was super good! The flavor of the basil really mellows out while cooking in the oil. I cut this in half and it made a great dinner. I added my picture and a bit more in IMI on April 28, 2015.
