A very simple chinese home food

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of fresh basil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tbs oil

Directions
  1. In a non stick skillet stir fry basil with oil until soft
  2. mix egg with the rest of the ingridients
  3. pour egg mixture into the skillet
  4. when the egg mixture is set
  5. flip it over to cook the other side
  6. ready to serve
