Ingredients

1 Package of Spaghetti

1cup of Chopped bacon (Pancetta is the best)

3 Garlic Cloves, minced

1tbs olive oil

1/4 Cup White Wine

1/3 Cup Cream

1 Egg Yolk

2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Salt & Pepper

2 Tbs Fresh, Finely Chopped Parsley

Directions

Cook the pasta untill al dente.

over medium heat cook the pancetta and garlic until golden.

Add wine to skillet and cook until it has bubble

Remove from the heat and add the cream.

Whisk together the egg yolk, parsley and cheese.

add cooked pasta into the skillet

Pour the cream mixture and Add the egg mixture mix thoroughly.

add salt and pepper to taste, mixing well. Serve
