EASY PRALINE COOKIES

If you need a quick snack or dessert, try these. This recipe has been around a long time....an oldie but goodie. I have been known to make them late at night. Shame, shame.
Ingredients
- 24 graham cracker squares shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line the bottom of a cookie sheet with graham cracker squares; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour syrup over graham crackers.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack before cutting into squares.
- Makes 36 cookies.
