Cream Cheese Brownie Pie

- 1 9" pie crust shopping list
- 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, at room temp shopping list
- 3 T sugar shopping list
- 1 t vanilla shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 pacakge hot fudge swirl deluxe brownie mix (pillsbury) shopping list
- 1/2 c vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 T water shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350, place rack in center of oven
- Blend together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and 1 egg, on low speed until smooth, about 1 minute
- Set aside
- Set hot fudge packet from ix aside
- Combine brownie mix, oil, 1 T waterand 2 remaining eggs by hand, about 50 strokes
- Spread 1/2 c of the brownie mixutre in the bottom of the crust.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over this and carefully spread with rubber spatula
- Top with remaining brownie mixture, spreadking evenly to smooth out the top
- Sprinkle pecans on top
- Bake until crust is deep golden brown, center has puffed up, and nuts have toasted, about 40-45 minutes
- Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes
- Just before serving, open hot fudge packet and empty into microwave safe bowl
- Het on high power for 30 seconds
- Stir in remaining 1 T water
- Drizzle over the top of the pie.
- OR Drizzle over pie and chill 3 hours, then serve.
