Cream Cheese Brownie Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 9" pie crust

1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, at room temp

3 T sugar

1 t vanilla

3 large eggs

1 pacakge hot fudge swirl deluxe brownie mix (pillsbury)

1/2 c vegetable oil

2 T water

1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350, place rack in center of oven

Blend together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and 1 egg, on low speed until smooth, about 1 minute

Set aside

Set hot fudge packet from ix aside

Combine brownie mix, oil, 1 T waterand 2 remaining eggs by hand, about 50 strokes

Spread 1/2 c of the brownie mixutre in the bottom of the crust.

Spoon cream cheese mixture over this and carefully spread with rubber spatula

Top with remaining brownie mixture, spreadking evenly to smooth out the top

Sprinkle pecans on top

Bake until crust is deep golden brown, center has puffed up, and nuts have toasted, about 40-45 minutes

Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes

Just before serving, open hot fudge packet and empty into microwave safe bowl

Het on high power for 30 seconds

Stir in remaining 1 T water

Drizzle over the top of the pie.

OR Drizzle over pie and chill 3 hours, then serve.
