How to make it

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add the tomatoes.
  • Mix in a blender or an electric mixer, stir in the hot sauce. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Top with topping.

    I'm still waiting for the brave one....did anyone try this? It's a good post and I agree with trackwidow I bet a lot of our grannies made stuff like this and it waS a hit!

    This sounds like something my grandmother would have made. Who knows, she probably made it all of the time and it was a hit. The tomatoes are a bit unusual too, but then again, don't knock it til you try it.

    Unique,to say the least.Tempting, but would have to figure out how to make 2 servings or so.Only two of here to eat it.If anybody tries this please let me know..Bob
