Coffee Shop Butter

- ½ cup butter, softened shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped toasted pecans shopping list
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1 tbsp prepared espresso, cooled shopping list
How to make it
- Blend together butter, pecans, chocolate syrup and coffee in a food processor until pecans are ground slightly.
- Let stand for 1 hour to blend flavours.
- Keeps in refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks
- Keeps at room temperature 2 to 4 hours
