A delicate whipped butter with pecans, espresso beans and chocolate. Pairs extremely well with a delicious, warm brioche on a Saturday morning!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp prepared espresso, cooled

Directions
  1. Blend together butter, pecans, chocolate syrup and coffee in a food processor until pecans are ground slightly.
  2. Let stand for 1 hour to blend flavours.
  3. Keeps in refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks
  4. Keeps at room temperature 2 to 4 hours
