Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Crust prep:
  • Prick pie shell sides with fork.
  • Combine praline filling ingredients and press into bottom of unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake in 450' oven for 10 minutes until bubbly.
  • Remove and cool on rack for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce oven temp. to 350F.
  • Pie filling:
  • Mix together eggs, sugars, flour, salt and spices.
  • Blend in pumpkin.
  • Gradually add milk.
  • Pour into 9-inch baked, cooled pie shell.
  • Bake @ 350F for 55 minutes.

    Now dude this sounds good but I do have a question...lol where is the vanilla flavoring..?

    Love the combination of praline and pumpkin...delicious. Now that pie crust was revelation...something I've always had trouble with, I appreciate the effort and time in a real homemade crust.

    Beautiful and delicious photo...yumm. I love praline and I love pumpkin pie, so this is my new pumpkin pie to make. I'll let you know what I think when I make it. Great recipe, M!

    I always wanted my own pumpkin patch. I think it's a Charlie Brown holiday thing.... =)
