Great for the holidays! Serve with plain crackers.

Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups pecans, chopped and divided
- 1/4 cup green onion - white and green parts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions
- Mix cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, one cup of pecans, green onion, and garlic until well blended;
- Form into ball (or log) and roll in remaining one cup of pecans.

My grandma made this every year at Christmas time. She would add about 1/4 tsp of cracked black pepper. LOVE IT!!!
