Ingredients
  • 2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped and divided
  • 1/4 cup green onion - white and green parts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions
  1. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, one cup of pecans, green onion, and garlic until well blended;
  2. Form into ball (or log) and roll in remaining one cup of pecans.
