Black Olive and Artichoke Dip

- 1 (7-1/2 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced Lindsay® Black Ripe Pitted or Kalamata Pitted olives shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced plum tomatoes, drained on paper towel shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons light or regular sour cream shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons light or regular mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving. Serve with crackers or chips.
- Makes 6 (1/4 cup) servings.
