How to make it

  • Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic powder in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Toss with hot fettucine. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    This recipe is so quick & easy and tastes great! I will never buy the jarred variety again. I added sauteed zucchini & mushrooms and grilled chicken breast when I tossed the pasta with the sauce. Grizzly, you've left behind some wonderful recipes for us to enjoy - thanks!
