Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease and flour a bundt pan
  • Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla (Brandy / Irish Whiskey) in large bowl until fluffy
  • Stir in sifted dry ingredients.
  • Gently blend in apples.
  • Pour batter into prepared bundt pan
  • Bake for approximately 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool for 15-20 minutes and remove from pan.
  • Place on fancy cake plate.
  • Drizzle caramel glaze over warm cake.
  • Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

    I just bought a bundt pan too, I thought I was going to have to borrow one from one of my new friends, but I have my own now. In fact, it is laying right behind me!
