How to make it

  • trim excess fat from chops
  • cut each squash into 4-5 crossways slices
  • arrange 3 chops on bottom of crockpot
  • place all squash slices on top
  • layer last 3 chops on squash
  • combine rest of ingredients and spoon over chops
  • cover and cook on low 6-8 hours(when tender)
  • serve 2 slices of squash on each chop

    SOunds great!! Good for a snowy day like today..but my husband is bb ribs! He will be on the deck with 5 feet of snow...it won't stop him!
