Tabbouleh

- 1-1/2 cups bulgur shopping list
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced into small pieces shopping list
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and again diced into small pieces shopping list
- 3 green onions, sliced shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves (this is optional if not readily available or in season) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons natural sea salt, purchased from either a Middle Eastern store or Health Store. shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed shopping list
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- Note: I also add finely chopped red onion to this salad but it is not necessary. shopping list
How to make it
- Place cracked wheat in a bowl and cover with 2 cups of boiling water.
- Soak covered for 30 minutes.
- Drain and squeeze out excess water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bulgar, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, parsley, mint, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Toss and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Toss again before serving.

I really wonder from where do you get all these middle eastern great recipes.This is Lebanese,but it spread all around the Arab and Mediterrenian countries as it is so irresistable.Thanks for sharing.
