children will love these ! ( including adults) chewy bites.you can vary the ingredients and use different nuts and dried fruit according to taste
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 ozs milk chocolate shopping list
- 2 1/2 ozs mini multicolored marshmallows shopping list
- 1/4 cup walnuts shopping list
- 1 oz no-need-to-soak dried apricots,chopped shopping list
How to make it
- line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside
- break the chocolate into small pieces& melt in double boiler
- remove chocolate from the heat
- stir in the marshmallows,walnuts and apricots
- and toss in the melted chocolate until coated
- place heaped teaspoons of mixture onto prepared sheet
- chill the candies in fridge until completely set
- once set remove from paper
- can be placed in paper candy cases ( if kids &grown ups allow ! lol :) )
- enjoy
