children will love these ! ( including adults) chewy bites.you can vary the ingredients and use different nuts and dried fruit according to taste

Ingredients
  • 4 1/2 ozs milk chocolate
  • 2 1/2 ozs mini multicolored marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 oz no-need-to-soak dried apricots,chopped

Directions
  1. line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  2. break the chocolate into small pieces& melt in double boiler
  3. remove chocolate from the heat
  4. stir in the marshmallows,walnuts and apricots
  5. and toss in the melted chocolate until coated
  6. place heaped teaspoons of mixture onto prepared sheet
  7. chill the candies in fridge until completely set
  8. once set remove from paper
  9. can be placed in paper candy cases ( if kids &grown ups allow ! lol :) )
  10. enjoy
