How to make it

  • Beat butter with sugar until light and creamy. Add vanilla, pecans and flour.Mix into a dough. Roll each cookie into a marble and place on a greased baking tray. Top with a pecan and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 F. When cool, dust with powder sugar.

    Just love pecans!! We used to have pecan nuts and macadamia nuts on our farm wich we exported. Great recipe and wonderful presentation!! And so easy.
