How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray loaf pan with vegetable oil spray.
  • Mix the flour, sugar, bacon and cheddar in a non-metal bowl. Add the can of beer. Stir with a wooden spoon. Spoon into the loaf pan.
  • Place the oven rack in the upper middle position. Bake the bread on the rack for about 50 minutes or until tester into center comes out clean.
  • Let rest 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and let cool completely before slicing.
