Bacon and Cheddar Beer Bread

- 4 slices lean bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely diced shopping list
- 3 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 can beer shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray loaf pan with vegetable oil spray.
- Mix the flour, sugar, bacon and cheddar in a non-metal bowl. Add the can of beer. Stir with a wooden spoon. Spoon into the loaf pan.
- Place the oven rack in the upper middle position. Bake the bread on the rack for about 50 minutes or until tester into center comes out clean.
- Let rest 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and let cool completely before slicing.
