Ingredients

How to make it

  • WASH CHICKEN THEN SET ASIDE WHILE YOU PREPARE OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.
  • MIX SALT, PEPPER ,GARLIC POWDER AND PAPRIKA WITH FLOUR. COAT THE CHICKEN AND PLACE IN A LARGE ROASTING PAN THAT YOU HAVE SPRAYED WELL WITH PAM. I USE THE OLIVE OIL ONE. PLACE CHICKEN SKIN SIDE UP. MAKE SURE THE CHICKEN LAYS FLAT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN SO IT WILL FRY.
  • PLACE THE PREPARED FLOUR COATED CHICKEN IN THE 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT AN HR. AFTER THE CHICKEN BROWNS ON THE TOP FLIP IT OVER AND LET IT BROWN ON THE BOTTOM YOU CAN TURN THIS CHICKEN TWICE IF YOU LIKE. WATCH TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT BURN IT. IF IT IS COOKING TO FAST TURN DOWN TO 350 DEGREES.
  • CHICKEN SHOULD BE DONE IN AN HR. SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE SIDE DISH. HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS ONE.

I tried this last night. I cooked it at 375 because my oven is pretty hot! It was wonderful! Closest thing to "real" fried chicken I've ever had come out of the oven. Thanks!
