How to make it

  • CRUST:
  • In the bowl of your food processor place the flour and sugar. Pulse to blend together. Add butter and pulse until dough just begins to come together. Pat the dough onto the bottom and one inch (2.5 cm) up the sides of a 20cm loose bottom pie pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator while you make the filling.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients except pie crust; mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Serve warm or chilled. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

    I agree pineapple pie is so diffrent i havent had it this way when i was abaker i would make pineapple pie like a apple pie and i loved that but this sounds creamy and very good .wish me luck.

    This is tooo good to pass up. I use crushed pineapples but using thinly sliced pineapple rings (or maybe canned pineapple tidbits) sounds good too. Will definitely give this a try. thanks for sharing this.

    Ahmed... Anything with condensed milk is good.... and I have saved all thru the years the Eagle brand recipes... they are always delicous... you cant go wrong with them at all.....Another great post from you..... keep up the good work....
