Easy Cheesy Bacon Spread

A friend brought this to a "Girls Night Out" party, and it was love at first bite. It's so simple to make, and the flavors blend together to perfection...how can you go wrong with cheese and bacon?!?
Ingredients
- 2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- ½ pound bacon, fried crispy and crumbled finely shopping list
- 2 scallions, diced finely shopping list
- enough mayonnaise to hold spread together (do not use Miracle Whip) shopping list
How to make it
- Cool bacon completely before adding it to the shredded cheese and diced scallions.
- Blend in just enough mayonnaise to hold the spread together – don’t overdo the mayo!
- Chill well and serve with sturdy crackers, baguette slices, fried pita triangles, pretzel chips, etc.
