Easy Cheesy Bacon Spread Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese

½ pound bacon, fried crispy and crumbled finely

2 scallions, diced finely

enough mayonnaise to hold spread together (do not use Miracle Whip)

Directions

Cool bacon completely before adding it to the shredded cheese and diced scallions.

Blend in just enough mayonnaise to hold the spread together – don’t overdo the mayo!

Chill well and serve with sturdy crackers, baguette slices, fried pita triangles, pretzel chips, etc.
