Chicken Flautas Recipe

These are so easy and good..

Ingredients
- 24 small corn tortillas
- 3 cups cooked chicken.. I use left over turkey too.. or the rotiss from store
- cumin to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Hot Sauce... I like our store brand or Pace..
Directions
- Chop chicken small
- Add cumin, salt and pepper to taste
- Place chicken mixture at one end of tortilla and roll secure with tooth pick
- Deep fry until brown
- Drain
- Use sauce to dip in...
- Now if your tortillas don't want to roll without cracking, soften in a little hot oil in pan for just a few seconds... I get mine direct from the tortilla factory so they are fresh...
