How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  • Spread wheat germ i a shallow pan and bake in the oven, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 1- minutes. Remove and cool.
  • Mix the wheat germ, peanut butter, honey, and powdered milk. Stir in the chopped peanuts. Form into 1 inch balls. roll each ball in sesame seeds or coconut until well coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving.
  • makes about 40 balls.

    Wow, this is almost perfect! I just purchased some wheat germ and I have all the other ingredients available. One problem, I can't have sesame seeds or coconut so I'll just roll those little gems in icing sugar and see if that does the trick! Thanks for sharing ;-)
