Peanut Butter balls

- 1 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp peanuts, finely chopped shopping list
- sesame seeds or coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- Spread wheat germ i a shallow pan and bake in the oven, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 1- minutes. Remove and cool.
- Mix the wheat germ, peanut butter, honey, and powdered milk. Stir in the chopped peanuts. Form into 1 inch balls. roll each ball in sesame seeds or coconut until well coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving.
- makes about 40 balls.
