    Went to a restaurant this week and they served cinnamon butter with their hot rolls. It was delicious and I want to try it at home. Any thoughts on which is the best - honey or sugar based sweeteners? My initial thought is that honey may be better as you would eliminate the potential for a "grainy" type of texture in the butter. Thoughts?

    This is close to my recipe for honey butter, no cinnamon, I love it on my cornbread, banana bread, or homemade bread. Haven't try with cinnamon yet, but def will now. Thanks for the recipe.
